The Community Project

Hey Beautiful.

I'm talking to your garden.

I'm Aliza — a Toronto florist who has been stopping at gardens all over the city, knocking on doors, and turning what's growing there into something you can keep. Free of charge, no strings attached.

the project

Your garden,
made into art

The Community Project is a neighbourhood art project celebrating the gardens that make Toronto beautiful. I visit your garden, gather what's in season, and create a unique floral arrangement — made entirely from what's growing in your own yard.

It's a simple way to celebrate your hard work, connect with your community, and see your flowers in a whole new light.

What to expect
  • A relaxed visit — no performance required

  • I bring everything — just your garden and your time

  • Completely free of charge

  • You keep the arrangement

Let’s make something beautiful. Together.

Whether I knocked on your door, you found this page on your own, or someone sent you here, I'd love to hear from you. And if you know a garden worth stopping at, send them my way too.
